Join Sarah as she guides you through the practice of Yoga Nidra. This is a practice that is done lying down and is referred to as Divine Sleep. It is a guided meditative journey that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate you at core levels. Yoga Nidra allows you to access deeper levels so that you can dissolve away tensions and connect with your True Self. This practice is like taking a break from everyday concerns and helps to dissolve limiting beliefs that hold you back from living life to your fullest potential. and you take a break from everyday concerns.  Limiting beliefs that hold you back from fully living dissolve, leading to freedom within your mind and body.  Divine Sleep opens you up to living your fullest potential.

Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra and there is no way to practice incorrectly. Even if you fall asleep you will still receive the benefits of the practice. It is like getting an ultimate power nap as 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equated with 2 hours of sleep. This practice has been used successfully to aid insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, pain, cardiovascular and many other health issues.
