Sarah has learned so much about herself and really experienced a personal transformation since teaching and practing yoga and mediation. She always felt that something was missing until she found the body, mind and sprit connection through yoga. That powerful connection has enabled her to develop a deep appreciation for meditation and mindfulness while providing a tool to manage stress and anxiety with breath and movement. She would love to be able to help others find that mind body connection within themselves and provide a supportive, relaxing and restorative atmosphere to nourish the mind, body and soul. Sarah is working towards completing her CYA 500 hours training with Yoga Bliss.
